East Molesey New Build

We were appointed as Architectural Interior Designers for this prestigious 512-square-metre new build residence, located on the site of a former derelict property. Over a three-year period, our studio provided a complete design service — from concept and spatial planning through to manufacture, procurement, and full interior fit-out across every detail and touchpoint.

Our client’s vision was to create a home that radiates calm sophistication, grace, and timeless elegance — a serene retreat from the demands of a busy professional life, yet one that remains inherently warm and family-focused.

Project Highlights

Collaborating closely with the architectural team, we refined the internal layout to enhance both the spatial flow and visual harmony of the home. Our holistic approach encompassed bespoke stair design, custom cabinetry, lighting schemes, window dressings, furniture design, furnishings, and material finishes — ensuring a cohesive and luxurious atmosphere throughout.

Every element was designed and crafted to balance beauty with function, resulting in an exceptional residence that embodies comfort, craftsmanship, and enduring elegance. This project was a true pleasure to deliver from start to finish.

This project saw us shortlisted for the International Design and Architecture Awards for the best Interior Design in the following categories; Kitchen 50K +, Best Lighting Scheme and Lifestyle – Europe
