We are absolutely thrilled to have, for the third year in a row, been awarded yet another prestigious accolade by Lux Life Magazine. This year we have been mentioned in the 2026 Leaders in Luxury Awards as the “Best Luxury Residential Interior Design Studio – Surrey and London.”
Being recognised as a ‘leader in luxury awards 2026’ means a great deal to us, especially as we are also celebrating 20 years of being in business. We set up Lindi Reynolds & Co. when our first born was only six months old. The learning curve was sharp, on both the parenting and business front. The rational back then for focusing on London and Surrey as the preferred service areas was born out of necessity and common sense. I knew that it just wasn’t feasible to spread our net too wide with a young family. What it has meant for us in the long run is that we have built a solid presence in this landscape. This didn’t happen overnight, but servicing areas within easy reach of our base with a steady consistent approach was perhaps more organic than it would have been if we spread our web too wide. Keeping our sphere of influence local has had many benefits that we were perhaps unaware of in the early days. For example, we have been better able to nurture partnerships and build a strong and trusted supply network which has turned out to be extremely rewarding and enjoyable.
Our industry can be extremely fast paced and multifaceted, so these established relationships are extremely valuable to us. Our growth has primarily been organic and through word of mouth with many clients returning with their next home or the next project phase.
Being recognised in this way is just the cherry on top, and it’s heart warming to see that it does pay off to focus. We have always spoken about servicing London, Surrey and beyond, so to see that recognised in this fabulous way is truly affirming in the best possible way.
The Future of Lindi Reynolds & Co
As for the future of our company, we are excited to see where our solid foundation takes us. Now that my beautiful children have flown the nest we will start to consider projects further afield. This is not entirely a new thing. For those of you who have been following us closely, we have always claimed to service, ‘London, Surrey and Beyond.’ That sign off was purposefully designed to leave a door open to exciting opportunities outside of London and Surrey. We are ready now to consider projects that lie beyond the realm of this award title. London and Surrey have given us a most valuable playing field for us to hone and refine our craft in. We are ready to take those learnings ‘beyond’. Having grown up on a farm in Africa I have always fancied turning my attention to the restoration of a country house.. wouldn’t that be a dream?
So, we are tickled pink to be awarded “Best Luxury Residential Interior Design Studio – Surrey and London.” in this years Leaders in Luxury awards. Any guesses as to if, when and how we might be able to bring ‘and Beyond’ into the fold? Everything crossed!
