Every project is unique and needs special consideration when setting out. We have found, that in most instances, the ID10  BIID Agreement for Interior Design Services 2010 covers all areas of potential concern. It has been developed with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). This contract has been designed to create the fairest balance of risk between the designer and the client. We aim, for everyones benefit, to have a contract in place at the appointment stage.
