Architect and architectural interior designer
In the blink of an eye, Jana has been with us for close on a year as Architect and Architectural Interior Designer.
In this time she has successfully achieved two planning permissions with our local Elmbridge Civic Centre Planning Department in double quick time. She has also worked on a large Victorian home renovation in East Molesey Surrey and successfully evolved the design package and schedules and specifications for an exciting Art Deco renovation in the heart of Chelsea, London. These are just the big projects. She is always a pleasure to have in the studio and 100% committed to delivering the best results for our clients.
Jana has had the opportunity to work across different stages of projects. In some stages, the focus was on creativity and concept development; in others, it was about being on-site and translating those ideas for our builders. Working close with our sub contractors, makers and the project team is critical. Good design doesn’t happen on its own — it’s built on shared knowledge, open communication, and the strengths of a collaborative team.
Jana is proud of the care and commitment she brings to her work and takes pride in knowing she’s put her best effort into the process. For Jana, there’s nothing better than seeing a happy client and knowing that something she created has brought beauty and meaning.
SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER AND STELLAR PROJECT MANAGER
Eleanor, Senior Interior Designer and Project Manager, brings with her a wealth of knowledge and is a great fit to our small but potent team.
Eleanor has a strong background in project management and a keen eye for detail. She brings a practical and creative approach to projects. Eleanor also has extensive knowledge of suppliers and skilled craftsmen, which helps ensure the highest quality finishes and smooth project execution. In her short time with us she has brought a calm and steady oversight to our Victorian Home Renovation in East Molesey, Surrey. She is also adding great value to our latest Cranmer Court pied-à-terre in Whiteheads Grove, Chelsea, London. This project is styled in a soft Art Deco vernacular and so the translation of details at every point of build and make are critical to the final outcomes.
Discussing a particularly formative project with Eleanor, she remembers her first full renovation in London as a major learning experience. It involved stripping a property to the shell and rebuilding it over a few years. It became a real journey, not just in design, but in building a relationship with the clients. Another standout moment in her career was working on a hotel project in Ibiza, which won multiple awards. She also gained valuable experience traveling to Asia to explore new materials and connect with suppliers, helping her understand different design perspectives and also forge relationship with makers, whilst deepening her appreciation for craftsmanship.
HEAD OF MARKETING
Finally, Yasmina and I met over half my lifetime ago as client and agent. She was the client and I the agent. From the start Yasmina was impressive and dedicated to her marketing career. After a time we became great friends, and that friendship has grown over 27 years and now our kids are great friends too. So, when it became clear that we had a role to fill in marketing I immediately thought of her.
Spanning over a decade, Yasmina has a track record in working with luxury brands across two continents, both in beauty with Estee Lauder and L’Oreal, and luxury menswear with Dunhill.
