

WHO OUR CLIENTS ARE
‘What are your client like?‘ That’s exactly what someone asked me the other day. Perhaps there was an unconscious appreciation of the status quo bubbling away in the background to help inform the portrait of our typical client, but it certainly got me thinking. In fact it stopped me in my tracks and made me think for a little bit longer than was comfortable for the poor person posing the question. When the answer finally ensued, I think they got more than the were asking for, but at the very least they had a smile on their face.
What surprised me about my answer, although in hind sight it shouldn’t have, is how much common ground our clients share. So here you have it:

QUALITY NUMBER 1: OUR CLIENTS ARE HIGHLY EFFECTIVE
Our clients are highly effective people, who have followed their passions in life with the utmost care, diligence and fervour. They deserve to have done well because they have put every ounce of themselves into their success. This is why they engage us because they are focused on higher pursuits and don’t have the time required to run the projects that we deliver. The luxurious residential homes that we deliver in Surrey and London take time, commitment and expertise to deliver for our clients and allow them to live their best lives. The fit is right and allows our clients to continue being highly effective in their primary pursuits.

QUALITY NUMBER 2: OUR CLIENTS ARE GRACIOUS
Now there’s a word you don’t hear too often. Our clients are gracious at every turn. This is true even when things go wrong, because they recognise that it is in the nature of the projects that we deliver. Problems do arise in residential development projects and so the success of a project has everything to do with how problems are solved. Problem solving is an integral part of what we do. We take this on in order to achieve the highest residential specification for our new build and character property developments alike; as a result our clients remain free to excel in their chosen pursuits.

QUALITY NUMBER 3: OUR CLIENTS ARE SMART
Our clients are smart at managing their affairs. So how does this help, you might ask. Well, it assists very definitely with the smooth running of a project programme from beginning to end. Bluntly speaking this means that our clients are hot on decision making, affording us always to proceed to the next stage with good feedback. They are also very good at paying their bills on time, allowing us to keep the project on course.

QUALITY NUMBER 4: OUR CLIENTS ARE INTERESTED IN OUR WELL BEING
Our clients are interested in our wellbeing. This may sound like a small thing from the outside, but let me tell you it is not. Our projects are fully invested programmes with beautiful families to juggle on the side. This is not something we call on often, but it is notable than when it has been necessary to do so, that priorities that really matter have been allowed to surface. When this is the case, we make sure that the necessary measures are put in place to keep the project on course.

QUALITY NUMBER 5: OUR CLIENTS ACTIVELY SEEK OUR EXPERTISE
Our clients look to us for professional architectural interior design advice, where they need it. This is an especially interesting one, because the advice they are looking for changes from one client to the next. This is because they have identified where they do and don’t need help. That is good for us because it allows us to fill in the gaps where necessary and ultimately facilitates a joyful project roll out with everyone playing to their strengths.

QUALITY NUMBER 6: OUR CLIENTS HAVE A MORAL COMPASS
Our clients are focused on making the world the best place it can be, as far as their life efforts in this world are concerned. I am not sure you can ask for much more than that.
OUR CLIENT PORTRAIT SUMMARY
I guess, it is not surprising to discover that our clients tend to share a number of qualities. What has become glaringly obvious here is just how fortunate we are to work with such evolved human beings. Our projects are intense programmes from beginning to end, and so I quite simply could not imagine that we could deliver the highest level of architectural interior design led projects without this level of respect and admiration.
We are focused on delivering luxury residential make-overs for new build properties and character property extensions and make-overs. Broadly speaking our projects tend to be in Surrey and London. Currently we have clients that we are delivering luxury residential projects for in Chelsea London, Clapham London, East Molesey, Surrey, Esher and Claygate. Past projects have lead us to Barnes, Putney, Twickenham, Teddington, Hampton, Hampton Court, Hampstead, Hampton Wick and Oxshott.
